Entry tickets can only be booked online using a Mijn ARTIS account. This will prevent long queues at the box office and crowds at the main entrance. The health and safety of our visitors, staff and animals are paramount.

Measures within Micropia

A separate entrance and exit is now availabe. The entrance at Micropia can be temporarily found at the streetside of the Plantage Kerklaan. The exit is at the ARTIS-square. At some places in Micropia it is quite difficult to keep your distance, therefore a fixed walking route is outlined. A few spots also have outlined areas so it's still possible to keep your distance. The installment 'Oplichters' is temporarily closed. The cleaners will carry out more daily cleaning rounds, we have installed extra hand-washing stations and disinfectant is available.
